The Holdrege, NE plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually. We employ approximately 450 people across all operations.

The shift for this role is: C Shift 6:20AM-6:30PM

Packagers play a crucial role in ensuring our products are carefully and efficiently packed for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to:
• Discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving contents
• Checking packaging for correct count
• Checking for damage to syringes
• Checking for correct lot control numbers
• Inserting brochures as required
• Palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card
• Operating semi-auto tape machine

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office

Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work using repetitive hand, wrist and arm movements.
