BluePearl Pet Hospital in Spring, TX is hiring a Emergency Veterinary Technician! Pay Range: $21.08 - $42.00/hr This pay band is dependent on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Competitive Shift Differentials: Earn more with our shift differentials! Weekday Night (Mon-Fri 6p to 8a): $3.50 Weekend Day (Sat-Sun 8a to 6p): $3.50 Weekend Night (Sat-Sun 6p to 8a): $5.00 We are hiring an exceptional Veterinary Technician to join our team. If you enjoy patient care and working in a fast-paced, challenging, interesting, and collaborative environment, This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays. As a Veterinary Technician, You Will Triage and obtain patient history Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines. Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
