Victor Ford is searching for 3 or 4 coachable, highly motivated, and genuinely personable people to join us as automotive product specialists!
No experience? No problem. We train you. Bi-lingual is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Listen to what customers are looking for and match them with the right vehicles
- Lead engaging test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and specs
- Build genuine rapport and answer questions with enthusiasm and honesty
- Smoothly hand off warm, excited customers to the sales manager when they’re ready to talk numbers
Who We’re Looking For
- Sales experience not required but preferred
- Natural ability to greet customers professionally and make them feel welcome
- Genuine interest in vehicles and working knowledge of automotive features and specs
- Consistent, professional demeanor in every customer interaction
- Reliable, coachable, and committed to following established processes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
