Individuals at this level should have satisfactorily managed multiple jobs large in size and scope and are capable of handling multiple jobs with varying requirements. They may exercise direction and/or have some supervisory responsibility over receptionist/administrative assistant or Project Accountants.**The job involves the following essential functions:**Job cash flow and accounts receivable trackingCost and budget review and adjustments with/for Project ManagersEnsure that all accounting processes are completed each monthInterdisciplinary cross-trainingMinority participation reportingMaintain project filesManage subcontractor complianceProject representative coordinationProject administration managementProject startup and closeoutPrepare monthly owner billings and any other owner requirementsReview and process subcontractor requests for payment and vendor invoicesProcess or assist with journal entries and budget adjustments as neededOverall project support as requiredAssist with and/or coordinate project audits**Who we think will be a great fit**A person that possesses uncompromising authenticity and integrity, effective time management skills, a detail-oriented mindset, a thorough understanding of accounting in a design and/or construction environment, and a passion to get things done. An individual with an interest in being innovative in process improvement and technology will be an ideal candidate for this position.**You also meet the following requirements:**Associates Degree in Accounting or Business AdministrationExperience with CMiC and/or Textura preferredPrior office administration and accounting experienceUnderstanding of principles of accounting and business administrationIntermediate computer skills including Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and oral communication skillsEnhanced understanding of:Insurance Requirements owner/subcontractor, GL, WC, SDI, CCIP, OCIP, etc.Contract documents/owners/subcontractors/purchase ordersMechanic's lien laws for the state in which work is being performedMust be able to prioritize workload, multitask and exercise outstanding organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure, be a team player and have a positive attitudeAbility to handle working on multiple jobs/projects and with multiple managersAbility to thrive in a culture of integration and collaboration and project a positive professional imagePhysical Demands:Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds; constantly communicates with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.**Beck’s Benefits** At Beck our team member experience goes beyond your day-to-day work activities – we also want to support the rest of your life goals, milestones and challenges.
