Ōnin Staffing is looking for a motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our Phoenix team! As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting talented job seekers with great career opportunities while building strong relationships with our clients and field employees. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of recruiting, customer service, sales, and relationship management.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate follow-ups
• Match candidates with positions based on their skills, experience, and career goals
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies
• Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and expectations clearly to candidates
• Coordinate orientations, onboarding, and start dates
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in recruiting systems
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and field employees
• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Follow up with candidates and employees to ensure successful placements
• Help resolve attendance, performance, and employee-relations concerns
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting and placement goals
• Represent Ōnin Staffing professionally throughout the community

Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications We're looking for someone who is driven, personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Required:

• Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and conducting interviews
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance metrics
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly
• Professional and confident when communicating with candidates, employees, and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience
• Previous sales, customer service, account management, or human resources experience
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or staffing software
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment

Compensation Pay is dependent on experience.
