Keyholder - Austin

As aKeyholder for City and Stars, you will help manage relationships, internally with our team, and externally with our customers and community. We are seeking a dynamic, creative and analytical leader to support our growingteam! RESPONSIBILITIES

Open and close the store, before and after daily operations, ensuring the store ispresentable and creates a positive environment for customers
Manage incoming inventory for e-commerce and in-store
Analyze inventory and find creative ways togenerate traffic and drive sales
Set goals with the team and createplans to meet deadlines
Assist with coordinating and hosting events, both in-store and in the community
Assist intraining sales associates on store operations, policies, and procedures
Assume sales associate and manager duties, as needed
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Retail experience required
Knowledge of POS systems
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Stay up-to-date with current inventory and product knowledge, as well as trends in the industry
Ability tomulti-taskin a fast-paced environment with limited/no mistakes
Attention to detail
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, able toproblem-solve independently andprioritize tasks
Flexible schedule - available in-store 10-30 hours per week, including holidays and weekends
Able to maneuver around sales floor and lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Comfortable in front of the camera
Basic photography skills
Experience with event planning
Ability to travel to pop-ups in the Austin area and beyond
