A privately held, high-end construction management firm is confidentially expanding into the Greater Greenwood, South Carolina market and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial builds.

This organization specializes in custom commercial projects, and high-touch client work, with a strong reputation for quality, precision, and long-term client relationships.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and superior execution across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and field leadership
• Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all job sites
• Maintain strong client communication and project transparency

Ideal Background

• 510+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects preferred
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar a plus)
