What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to emergency department patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered treatment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Educate patients and families about health management and procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and patient crises.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility protocols.

What You Need

• Current RN license in Oregon
• At least 1 year of ER or acute care experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and flexibility

• Experience working in fast-paced ER settings
• Strong teaching and crisis response skills
