Albany Primary Care is seeking an experienced and local Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ! Praxis Health is the Pacific Northwests leading independent healthcare network, and we are looking for an APP who shares in our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

• 100% outpatient
• Highly competitive base compensation of $120,000-$140,000 + production bonus in year two
