Scientific Research / Scientific Publishing / Journal Management Featured Journal Manager Intern– JLIVE Remote Full-time Internship 5 Months/Permanent Fresher / Entry Level / Postgraduate / PhD JLIVE – Journal of Longevity and Integrated Vitality Evidence is looking for a motivated and proactive Journal Manager to join our growing scientific publishing team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in scientific writing, editorial work, research, publishing, business development, or journal administration. The role provides hands‑on exposure to multiple aspects of developing, managing, promoting, and expanding a scientific journal. Responsibilities Support scientific manuscript writing, editing, formatting, and publication. Coordinate manuscript submissions and peer-review activities. Communicate with authors, reviewers, editors, and guest contributors. Assist with regular journal issues and special-issue management. Support DOI registration and journal indexing-related activities. Coordinate journal website content and publication updates. Support social media content and article promotion. Conduct author and researcher outreach and submission campaigns. Assist with developing strategies to attract quality manuscripts and contributors. Coordinate with students, interns, editors, and the technical team. Maintain manuscript, reviewer, author, and publication records. Support the overall growth, visibility, and development of JLIVE. Undertake additional editorial, research, outreach, or administrative responsibilities as required. What You’ll Bring Freshers are welcome to apply. Postgraduate candidates in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Medicine, or related fields. PhD candidates and PhD graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with scientific publications or manuscript-writing experience will be preferred. Candidates with experience in journal management, scientific editing, publishing, outreach, business development, or administration are encouraged to apply. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good research, organizational, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn different aspects of scientific publishing and journal management Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
