Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist Full Time Union Position Bachman’s Maintenance department has openings for an individual who is skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and communication. Position Duties Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair. Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed. Respond to emergencies atassigned complexes as required. Operate low pressure boilers. Qualifications EPA certification, preferred Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment. Valid driver's license.
