This role offers a competitive base pay of $18/hour , plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives . Average performers earn an additional $500 per paycheck, with top performers reaching $70,000–$90,000+ annually.

• Schedule appointments for our design and installation experts

• Help homeowners take the first step toward transforming their spaces

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service, or sales) preferred—but we welcome motivated beginners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed goals

• A coachable attitude and a passion for learning

• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), plus some weekday flexibility

• Reliable transportation for travel to events within the region

• Outgoing individuals from retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds

• Ambitious professionals looking to launch a sales career

• People who bring a positive mindset and love connecting with others

• Based in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire

• Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday), with additional weekday opportunities

• Local travel required for events and retail activations
