Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will supervise subcontract labor and schedule deliveries for wood framing construction. Atlantic Construction Services is a Turnkey wood framing Company specializing in commercial and multifamily construction. Responsibilities schedule deliveries with vendors, subs, & general contractors Maintain a clean and a safe workspace. Perform other duties, as assigned. Foresight to predict problems before they develop. Hire and manage subcontract labor force. Ability to communicate the project plan and sequence of activities to subcontractors and material supplies to effectively implement our goals. A conscientious attitude towards controlling job costs and adhering to progress schedules. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution. Qualifications Previous experience in wood framing construction preferred. Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload. Ability to follow and implement construction plans and documents.
