This includes but is not limited to; ensuring delivery of superior customer service, maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors, and adheres to and enforces all company programs, policies, and procedures. The Customer Readiness Specialist must be available to work a variety of shifts, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. The Customer Readiness Specialist will participate in company-sponsored training classes related to his/her job periodically.
