Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and formulate individualized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions emphasizing mobility, strength, balance, and functional improvement
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises
• Record evaluations, treatments, and progress per facility and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or relevant degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
