Project Support Specialist
Now Hiring: Temporary Project Support Specialist Auto Parts Distribution Center Are you highly organized, analytical, and skilled in Excel and reporting? We're seeking a Temporary Project Support Specialist to assist with key operational projects within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. What You'll Do: Analyze project data and prepare reports Maintain project schedules and timelines Create presentations for leadership updates Support audit readiness and documentation efforts Assist with ISO and VDA compliance activities Learn and support logistics center operations across multiple functions What We're Looking For: Strong analytical and organizational skills Experience with reporting, scheduling, and documentation Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications: One to two years prior experience in automotive parts distribution or similar logistics environment Exposure to WMS or ERP systems Experience supporting internal or external audits
