Evaluates residents/clients, develops individualized plans of care, implements evidence-based interventions, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes in compliance with physician orders, state practice acts, and federal and state home health regulations.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health is preferredValid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are renderedTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
