Prediction Science Lead: Forecasting & Data Strategy

Aaru Inc. is seeking a Head of Prediction Research in New York City to set the scientific direction for forecasting and agentic prediction. You will build systems combining language models with structured data, retrieval, and quantitative methods while leading a small team and collaborating with researchers and engineers.

You will drive experiments, improve calibration, and ensure evidence-based decisions, hiring exceptional researchers and shaping data strategy for prediction across the company.
