We are actively searching for our next Payroll Administrator to join our HR team! Job Duties Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, timekeeping data, bonuses, and adjustments. Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management, auditors, as required. Address and resolve employees and manager’s inquiries related to payroll matters in a timely and professional manner. Assist managers and station administrators with timecards in a timely manner. Coordinate with HR for onboarding, terminations, and employee compensation changes. Safeguard confidential payroll and personnel information in compliance with data protection policies. Required Skills and Abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data entry. Comprehensive understanding of federal and state payroll regulations. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Workday Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
