divh2Truck Driver - Plainfield/h2pHome base is the Integrated Service Center in Plainfield, IN./ppRotating schedule with base hours of 9a-5:30p./ppResponsible for loading, transporting, and delivering/unloading IU Health supplies and equipment to various IU Health facilities via Box truck. Responsible for same-day routes/deliveries. Ensures trucks are prepared for departure and delivered on time. Assists with analyzing routes for delivery optimization. Inspects vehicles for potential safety concerns prior to departure. Maintains thorough delivery log documentation. Uses a Warehouse Management System or ERP Software to perform cycle counts, picking, put away, and shipping functions. Prepares bill of lading. Reports quality and safety concerns in a timely manner. Troubleshoots issues real time for resolution and escalates concerns. Trains team members on routes and safety checks. Coordinates vehicle preventive maintenance schedules and maintains maintenance records./ppPrevious driving experience strongly preferred./ppWe are an equal opportunity employer.
