About the Role

IPS is seeking an Arizona-licensed master's-level therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient practice serving Arizona patients. This is a hybrid role that is telehealth-first you will primarily deliver care remotely, with optional in-person opportunities available based on your preference and patient need. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements, with a starting caseload of approximately 1020 patients per week depending on your availability. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support so you can focus on the clinical work.

This is an ideal role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of a private practice with the infrastructure of an established group, and the flexibility to work primarily from home with in-person options if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy, primarily via telehealth with optional in-person sessions
• Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs)
• Document clearly and concisely in the electronic health record
• Maintain continuity of care and monitor clinical progress over time
• Collaborate with IPS providers and referral partners to coordinate care
• Participate in peer consultation as needed

Qualifications

• Active Arizona license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), in good standing
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
• 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a telehealth-first environment
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
