BCG Attorney Search
Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of tax credit experience, with a focus on real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred, and an active bar license in the corresponding state is required or must be obtained promptly. Duties Advise clients on tax credit matters and strategies. Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects. Manage New Markets Tax Credits transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Requirements Minimum of four years of tax credit experience. Experience in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership in the relevant state. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
