Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal InjuryA well-established and fast-paced plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident independently managing their own docket and comfortable taking cases from filing through trial. The firm is looking for someone highly motivated, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a high-volume litigation environment. Spanish bilingual skills are required.Responsibilities:Independently manage a docket of plaintiff personal injury casesHandle motor vehicle accident and premises liability/slip and fall mattersTake cases from lawsuit filing through trial preparation and resolutionConduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearancesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demandsCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and expertsNegotiate settlements and assist with trial strategy and preparationQualifications:Active Texas bar license required2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experienceTrial experience requiredMust have experience independently managing a docketBilingual Spanish preferredStrong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCompensation & Benefits:Base salary starting around $90K+ depending on experienceSignificant bonus potential tied to settlements and case performanceTotal compensation potential up to $200K+401(k) with matchMedical, dental, vision, life insuranceFSA/HSA optionsPTO and paid holidaysAdditional Information:100% onsite roleStable, established plaintiff litigation practice with strong case volume and earning potential
