Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Palm Beach County, Manatee County, Hillsborough County, Polk County, Hardee County, Highlands County, Indian River County, Martin County, Okeechobee County, St. Lucie County What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapist:
- Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment interventions
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve daily living skills, independence, and quality of life
- Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, optimal care
- Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems, while maintaining current best practices
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Passionate, professional, and committed to excellent care
