You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Business Systems Specialist The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development of business systems solutions and applications, primarily concerning the ERP system and related components. The business applications include ERP system and labelling software, SQL server database management and SQL code writing abilities. Responsible for supporting and enhancing business applications, with a particular focus on the ERP platform (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) and its related systems. This role requires strong SQL expertise to manage databases, develop queries, and optimise performance while ensuring reliable operation of ERP and labelling solutions. Supply Chain Buyer Responsible for leading the relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, managing supply orders, and monitoring inventory levels. The Buyer participates in cross‑functional project teams to coordinate supplier‑related activities. A key role in the Supply Chain, the Buyer has excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance intermediate/long‑term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills, with a strong desire to improve existing processes and systems. Clinical Data Analyst The person in this role is responsible for supporting clinical data generation and analysis activities to demonstrate the benefits, safety and effectiveness of Aerogen medical devices. Clinical Educator – North England As a Clinical Educator, you will support and educate customers across the full Aerogen solution and product portfolio. You will partner closely with our commercial organisation, working alongside the Account Manager to influence practice and drive adoption within focus accounts. Flexible and critically minded, you tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination—delivering best‑in‑class education programmes that meet our customers’ needs. This role will support Accounts in North England (Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle). Not Scotland. Senior Commercial Lead – DACH The role is responsible for the profitable development of Aerogen’s business and capabilities in DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). This role is a key talent role for Aerogen with regards to senior commercial succession planning and developing senior leaders globally through executing fully‑fledged commercial capabilities, cross‑functional go‑to‑market capabilities, multinational commercial and people leadership and key strategic partnership management and shaping the region into a sustainable high‑growth business. The individual will lead Germany through Regional Sales Managers, a team of Account / Territory Managers, Inside Sales Reps and Clinical Educators, ensuring that roles are clear, responsibilities and handover between different roles clearly defined and building a collaborative trusting environment that strives for team success. Furthermore, for Austria and Switzerland the focus will be on strategic partnerships and management – implementing effective operational support to ensure profitable business growth with partners including objective setting, contract management, sales strategy alignment, training and education of partner teams and customers. Digital Education Manager The Digital Education Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Aerogen’s global digital education portfolio. This includes ownership of digital learning platforms, virtual education programs, accredited CE activities, and performance analytics. This role serves as the operational leader for digital clinical education and partners closely with Clinical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. Manager for Digital Transformation As Manager for Digital Transformation, they will support Aerogen’s digital strategy by driving the adoption, implementation, and optimisation of digital technologies across the organisation. The role delivers cross‑functional digital projects, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs. They will also contribute to Aerogen’s AI roadmap by supporting the evaluation, deployment, and governance of AI solutions in line with regulatory, cybersecurity, and business requirements. VP Support – Americas The person in this role is responsible for supporting the VP, Americas and North America Leadership Team. Close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering and Supply Chain, will be vital to deliver projects successfully. Materials and Technology Development, Section Lead Location: Ireland – Galway The Materials and Technology Development, Section Lead will lead the advancement of next‑generation vibrating core technologies, combining early‑stage product innovation with targeted materials exploration and enabling process development. This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national and international travel and reports directly to the Head of Medical Affairs Americas. Direct territory responsibility is the South Central territory. Project Manager – Aerogen The person in this role is responsible for leading strategic projects in various domains including product and process technology development at Aerogen. The Project Manager will oversee a diverse cross‑functional team to drive the successful completion of projects. Regional Sales Manager – USA The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region. The RSM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. Senior Business Strategy Manager – American Growth The Sr. Business Strategy Manager role is a strategic commercial role responsible for Aerogen's American growth strategy identification, revenue accelerations plans, and leadership within the North American Leadership Team. The role will work in close partnership with both local and global teams to enable the rapid development of strategies, intelligence, programs, and business objectives that propel our business forward now and into the future. Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs – Galway Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland – Galway The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will develop and execute submission delivery plans for global regulatory submissions such as IND annual reports, clinical trial applications, orphan drug designations, Biologic License Applications, CE marking and other marketing applications. The role will assist with health authority interactions on CMC topics, for global, late‑stage investigational products including INDs, IMPDs, clinical trial applications, and marketing applications. The person will serve as the regulatory representative on the clinical trial team and manage all regulatory submissions to maintain regulatory approvals for study execution and adverse event reporting. Senior Medical Science Liaison – Japan As a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Japan, you will ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners. You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) – Ireland – Galway Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland – Galway Aerogen is Ireland’s largest indigenous Medical Technology company, growing at a rate of 30% per year.
