Lateral Associate Recruiting Coordinator

For the New York or DC Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm Responsibilities include Support the full lateral associate recruiting process, including application review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Coordinate closely with the Associate Recruiting Manager to support lateral associate hiring strategies and ongoing recruiting priorities Prepare recruiting materials, reports, statistics, and other resources used to track hiring activity and support decision-making Assist with search firm and vendor relationships, including tracking agreements, fees, and related recruiting activity Provide a responsive, high-quality experience for candidates, attorneys, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications include 2+ years of experience in legal recruiting. Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client service orientation and ability to work effectively across organizational levels. High degree of discretion and attention to detail when handling confidential and sensitive information.
