Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Support the team with the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.Develop and implement KPI to track the progress of maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.Help troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to ensure continuous production.Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Work with and support the team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance maintenance practices.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.Bilingual AIS offers a friendly and casual workplace with competitive salary and benefits program.
