Beverage Experience Lead

Job Overview This position is a Beverage Experience Lead at a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The role focuses on leading beverage operations, training, equipment management, and ensuring a smooth beverage experience for customers. Responsibilities Lead the beverage operation during new beverage rollouts. Coach and motivate the crew to deliver an elevated beverage experience. Oversee beverage equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Communicate with the crew and management to support launches. Minimize downtime and keep beverage operations running smoothly, especially during peak periods. Qualifications 16 years of age or older. Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer‑facing role is a plus.
