Optimization and Troubleshooting: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and minimize downtime while maintaining top-tier product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems, from hardware failures to software bugs. Collaboration and Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and design engineers, to develop innovative process improvements. Provide hands-on training to operators and technicians, ensuring safe and effective system use. Ensure all control systems comply with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISA S88, S95, NEC, and NFPA. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in process control engineering, focusing on design, implementation, and maintenance. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of control theory, including PID and advanced control techniques. Proficiency with process instrumentation such as sensors, transmitters, and control valves. Programming expertise in languages like MATLAB, Python, or C++. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems. Core Competencies: Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
