As a Retail Team Leader, you will help build and retain a high-performing team, create a consistent environment of world-class customer service, and exceed sales goals. You’ll be an inspiring leader and mentor who excels at relationship‑building with both team members and customers. Key Responsibilities Customer Focus Foster a customer‑first culture among team members. Manage the sales floor actively by scheduling shifts, reviewing performance, and providing feedback to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Offer continuous coaching and training to enhance individual sales skills and service standards. Analytical Skills and Decision Making Oversee payroll management to ensure we stay within budget. Lead the store in achieving Total Monthly Income (TMI) Goals through effective performance and leadership. Manage inventory processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Performance Management Communicate sales goals clearly to all team members and motivate through regular check‑ins. Evaluate team performance and implement action plans for improvement based on customer feedback. Assist in building a strong talent pool to meet staffing needs efficiently. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in an apparel or specialty store. Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus. Work Requirements This is a full‑time position with hours that may include weekends. You will frequently be on your feet, engaging with customers and team members. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various tasks that involve standing, walking, and using electronic devices. Why Join Us?
