Ward Clerk Full-time 7pm-7amWe are seeking a dedicated outpatient admissions coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outpatient and ancillary admissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for patients requiring emergency department services.Essential duties and responsibilities:Complete admissions for patients by following established procedures, including scanning documents into the Healthland system.Perform additional admission duties as required to support the department.Assist patients in navigating the hospital and provide support as needed.Collaborate with other emergency department staff to ensure optimal patient care and workflow.Skills and qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using health information systems, particularly the Healthland system.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply for this position.Requirements:High school diploma
