We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented MIG Welder / Weld Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality welded components while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards. Production Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.60 to $20.70 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Perform MIG welding, welding inspections, and production tasks
• First Shift: 7:00am to 4:30pm
• Third Shift: 9:00pm to 5:00am
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks
• Fast-paced, team-focused manufacturing environment

Production Welder Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Ability to pass a MIG weld test during the interview process
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience reading and following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Ability to perform visual weld inspections and identify quality defects
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
• Stable work history preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
