Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Job Duties Support printing and packaging production operations Remove excess material from cartons using hand tools Stack finished products onto pallets Inspect materials and products for quality standards Count and package products for shipment Fold cartons and assist with hand assembly tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
