We're hiring for an Onboarding Specialist position in the Cookeville area . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping new employees get started successfully. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy managing details in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:- Process onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Complete employment and reference verifications
- Review applications and ensure all required documents are received
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Support the office with administrative and customer service tasks
- Previous office, administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
