Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient. Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care.Requirements:Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy LicenseBLS certification within 90 days of hireAbility to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patientsNew graduates encouraged to apply!
