- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve their best performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain and grow the business.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager - Life Science & MEP should have:
- Strong expertise in managing construction projects within the life sciences and MEP sectors.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in construction.
