SSNA strives to always be there when an agent needs them, as evidenced by the longevity of the agents they have on board.Job SummaryAs an Agent Recruiter, you will assist the agents as they contract with various health insurance carriers. You will become an expert in contract processing procedures and activities related to contract requests and proposals. You will also work closely with agencies and agents, the sales team, and other internal departments to ensure effective working relationships.The ability to learn quickly, think critically, and problem-solving are necessary skills for this position as you will be faced with complicated problems. We will, however, always be there when you have a question.A large part of this position is data entry, so you must be incredibly detail-oriented and organized.
