Ive been a State Farm agent since 2012 and proudly serve the Orlando community from our office located right off Industrial Ave. As an eighth-generation Floridian, this area is truly home to me, and I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses in our community.

Im a proud alumna of the University of MiamiGo Canes! Family is very important to me, and Im also a big dog lover. That sense of family carries into our office culture, where we focus on supporting each other and creating a positive environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cortney Tidwell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
