About the Position

Job Title

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Pediatrics

Location

Pomona, CA | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–17:00) | Weekends expected approximately every 3–4 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a pediatric rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized care plans and clinical best practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code standards, including scrubs with a white lab coat, no facial hair, no acrylic nails, covered tattoos, and no visible body piercings other than compliant earrings
• Complete all required orientation modules as assigned; module time is non-billable and tracked on the facility report

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license required at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (MS or DPT)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital-based, acute care, or adult clinical setting
• COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
• Date of birth and requested time off required at time of submission
• Copies of all required certifications and references must be included with submission
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted
• Candidates previously employed at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in critical care, medical-surgical, or trauma environments
• Familiarity with hospital-based rehabilitation workflows and interdisciplinary care teams
