Registered Nurse Neuro Stepdown

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse for our Neuro Stepdown unit, caring for patients with complex neurological conditions transitioning from critical care. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive neuro assessments, monitor telemetry, administer IV medications, and respond quickly to status changes. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver individualized care, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
