Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Relocation: Full package provided

Position Overview


We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dedicated clinical team providing comprehensive mental health services within a secure correctional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated treatment.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and functioning.
• Make regular rounds in segregation and other housing areas to assess mental health and adjustment.
• Deliver individual counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services.
• Provide expert consultation to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding behavioral or psychological issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and facility standards.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Active Oklahoma Psychologist License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical psychology experience (school psychology experience not accepted).
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Watonga, OK .

Preferred:

• Experience in correctional, forensic, or behavioral health settings.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed.
