Responsibilities The Site Lead is the point person on the jobsite, managing and directing tasks of all crew members and subcontractors on site to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role of the Site Lead is to provide on-site support to ensure that the project is executed in line with the agreed schedule and budget. The Site Lead needs to have the competency of a Lead Carpenter, along with the managerial skills to actively manage and supervise all jobsite crew members, including subcontractors.
