As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for our customers. From answering questions and processing orders to scheduling service appointments and resolving concerns, you'll help ensure every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and positive. Working closely with our sales, service, and delivery teams, you'll keep operations running smoothly while building lasting relationships with customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and making a difference every day.

Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Process customer orders, update account information, and accurately maintain customer records.

Schedule service appointments and delivery routes while coordinating with the operations team.

Assist customers with questions, product information, billing inquiries, and service requests.

Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending additional products, services, or maintenance plans when appropriate.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.

Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Comfortable learning and using company software and customer management systems.

Positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
