Store Leader

Summary The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Costa Mesa store, driving sales performance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences. This role focuses on achieving quantitative targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across inventory, after-sales, and store presentation. Responsibilities Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to achieve quantitative targets and optimize business opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop the store team, create career development plans, and participate in recruitment with HR partners. Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, stock consolidation, and fiscal inventory. Oversee after-sales processes such as alterations and repairs and manage stockroom alignment with sales potential. Control store expenses and contribute to profit and loss management, including shipping, supplies, and alterations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, company policies, and visual merchandising guidelines. Requirements 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel, work weekends, and manage a high-volume store. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
