We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Administrator to join our non-skilled homecare agency start-up. Strong organizational skills will be essential as you manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain effective documentation, all while fostering a positive team environment. As the Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s culture and driving its overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, motivating staff and encouraging teamwork.
Demonstrate flexibility by being available to meet business and client needs, including working outside typical hours when necessary.
Identify and implement growth opportunities to expand the agency’s reach and impact within the community.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive compassionate, personalized care.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, families, and the community to promote the agency’s services and mission.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the home care or medical field.
High energy with a positive, approachable personality.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and leading a diverse team.
Knowledge of state policies and procedures related to homecare services.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with initiative.
Passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
Willing to go the extra mile to ensure client well-being and satisfaction.
