Part Time Administrative Assistant 26/27 SY : Parker, CO - Stroh Campus

Administrative Assistant – Leman Academy of Excellence Part‑time, 12‑month position located at Parker, CO – Stroh Campus. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls, take and relay messages. Receive and interact professionally with parents, students, and visitors. Greet all persons entering the school office by name if possible. Request and verify driver’s licenses for all parents/visitors before entry. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Direct persons to the correct destination. Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other documents. Assist with enrollment processing, including correspondence and maintenance of the student enrollment database/files. File and retrieve documents and reference materials. Collect fees and issue receipts for extracurricular activities. Assist staff with copying and other classroom preparation. Assist with scheduling appointments. Monitor and maintain office equipment and inventory. Maintain appearance and organization of the front office. Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of post‑secondary education preferred. CBI Fingerprint Clearance / Background and Criminal History Clearance. First Aid and CPR Certification. Bilingual preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school or equivalent office setting. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with scholars, parents, co‑workers, and the public. Strong commitment to supporting principles of excellence in education. Ability to resolve conflicts with an attitude of humility and service. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy. Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software programs. Familiarity with student accountability systems such as WorkDay or PowerSchool. Proficiency operating office equipment (fax machine, copier, computer, etc.). Ability to set up and use an efficient filing system. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $18.46–$29.14 per hour. Benefits are provided for employees working 30 or more hours per week and are as described in the school’s Personnel Policies: Voluntary medical, vision, and dental insurance. Life insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Long and Short Term Disability benefits. Leman is a PERA Employer. Benefits continue through the last day of the month in which employment is terminated. Retirement plan and long‑term disability eligibility based on the initial employment date.
