Assistant Store Manager

Rahn's Oil & Propane is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager for our Lincoln Gas & Bait location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Leadership - will assist manage and lead staff to create a friendly and positive store environment for employees and customers. Customer Service - establish a strong rapport with customers and vendors and demonstrate customers are always a priority. Results - Consistently achieves standards for profitability, payroll and inventory. Store Operations - Assist with maintaining all store operations including inventory, payroll, scheduling, security systems and budget expenses. Staffing/Recruiting/Hiring/Training/Orientation - assist with maintaining a quality staff. This is a full time position (40 hrs).
