Responsibilities

Identify new insurance opportunities through networking and community involvement.
Create customized coverage options that help families and businesses protect what matters most.
Guide existing clients through policy renewals and ensure their coverage keeps up with their life changes.
Document client interactions and update records with attention to detail.
Collaborate with our office team to maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
Engage in ongoing training to master the latest product offerings from Farmers.

Requirements

Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license.
Michigan Life and Health insurance license.
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
Strong comfort level with computers and office software.
A clear, approachable communication style when speaking with new people.
Residency in or near Belding, Michigan.
