This is a full-cycle accounting role seeking someone with experience working in the manufacturing sector. What you'll do: Establish and maintain labor cost reporting in the areas of efficiency and rate reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Establish and maintain materials cost reporting in the areas of efficiency and rate reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Establish and maintain overhead cost reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Create and maintain individual product codes (SKUs) costs roll-up, including labor materials and overhead. Conduct, at a minimum, quarterly updates to all product codes (SKUs). Create and enter cost and general accounting journal entries on a daily, weekly and monthly basis into the ERP. Generate reports through the ERP system for internal and external customers. Communicate reporting results to appropriate leaders at all levels within the organization. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, audits and reporting as requested. Assist in other areas of the accounting department as requested. Adhere to and maintain compliance with established systems, policies and procedures. Comply with all safety and housekeeping expectations and 5s standards. Keep supervisor informed of progress, issues, and successes. Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for continuous performance and process improvements.
