Join our small restoration team as an Autobody Technician, specializing in the long-term full restoration of modified classic cars and trucks. This role demands a skilled craftsman with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship, focusing on precise autobody repair, metal shaping, TIG welding, and detailed mockup work without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform autobody restoration on antique classic cars and trucks
- Shape metal components accurately modify and restore original vehicle form
- TIG welding process to ensure structural integrity and quality body panels
- Mechanical ability to mockup vehicles before final finish and assembly
- Collaborate effectively within a small, focused restoration team
- Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and communicate clearly throughout projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in autobody repair
